Pre Sale Questions

Registering on our website will entitle you special discounts that we only offer to our registered clients, besides allowing you to track your order easily and checkout quickly using your saved shipping and billing details. However you can manage your orders and easily can check out without registering with us. You can also choose to checkout with your phone number, so that you can confirm your order and get SMS updates on the delivery status of your item.

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ available at the sign-in page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Submit’. A set of instructions will be sent to your registered email to re-set your password. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.

Please sign in and click on ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit/update your particulars in your account and save them for future orders. If you have already placed an order and you wish to change the delivery address, contact our customer service immediately. The requested change will be carried out if the order is not processed / dispatched.

Order history is only available for registered customers. Please sign-in to ‘My Account’ to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to view to see the details. Orders details are also sent via email.

Thank you for placing your order with us. We have sent you a sales order summary to confirm your order details. Please check your email inbox for the summary within an hour of ordering. If you don’t see it there, look in your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact our customer support number or wait for 24 hours for your order to be processed.

Adding an item to your cart does not mean that you have bought it or that it is saved for you. You need to finish the checkout process to secure the item. Otherwise, someone else might buy it before you.
