Refund Policy

• Any article purchased online can be exchanged through our online page within 10 days.
• If you want to get any product exchanged, you have to send it to our address.
• Address: As written on the package.
• The exchange article will be shipped once the sent one will be received at our end.
• NO CASH REFUNDS- Only E-Vouchers will be issued for any returned/exchanged article of the same value valid for the Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.

 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Items not Allowed for Exchange:

• Items getting damaged after delivery would not be exchanged / refunded for.

Note : Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition and the original invoice is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defective, in the wrong size, or incorrect.
